“I have only had two situations where I have had to deal with them, but both were handled very professionally. Both times there wasn’t much they could do for me, the first time it was just cheaper for me to buy a new laptop so they only charged me for the diagnosis and that was it. The second time was today, I email them about a problem with my computer hoping that I could bring it to them to get it fixed, they responded informing me that they are no longer in the province they were in originally but they still took the time to give me some tips and pointers on what could be the problem as well as some alternative places I can bring my computer!”
