    First time I had inadequate service with your company. There was only one service person working and I don’t think he was adequately trained, I left with him giving me a number to call for my Facebook problem.

    Bought a 5 year geek squad warranty on my Samsung stove. 4 months in one burner is stuck on max.
    I called to use my warranty or at least get it fixed, if I wasn't speaking to an artificial intelligence, I would get nothing but dismissive and condescending customer service. They transferred me to a number that only services the states over and over again. Getting scam vibes
    If I could rate less than 1 star I would.

    Horrible!!!! Sent my iPhone for repair. Could not be repaired. The said they sent another to replace. UPS did not receive. Took over a month for replacement. Then I received a different phone. I just kept it but contacted them to inquire why I was still being charged monthly protection plan? They said to cover new phone. Ok. When I contacted them to fix charger portal. They said the phone I had wasn’t the one in their records they say they sent me so didn’t apply. I paid over $200 for protection of a phone they did NOT give me!!
