I had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment with them for my rv to do front alignment. I gave them my rv model and size. Changed my schedule in NF just to get there on time. When I got there they said it will take 2 to 3 hours. I gave them the keys and left with my car to see the Salamon jamping. After an 1 hour got a call from them that they can't do the alignment becouse they don't have the specs. I was very fastrated as they new what is my rv wheen I booked it 2 weeks in advance. Than they gave all kind of phone no. to call other location but no help there.

Today was another great day to visit City Tire in Grand Falls-Windsor, my son had an issue that needed attention right away and couldn't get anywhere with the manufacturer. Staff was very helpful and dug in to get him back on the road. In no time the manager and staff managed to fix the problem and ease his anxiety! I am beyond appreciative. This is not the first positive experience! I am sure it won't be the last. Thank you

10/10 Do not recommend. Purchased our car one year ago and had our first oil change there, they forgot to tighten my oil plug. Had our second oil change at the same place that they gave us for our trouble and this time I had oil come from my filter. Had to be replaced by another garage cause no way was I going back! Prior to this we had a wheel alignment done on our truck, they did a phenomenal job. But after very close calls of losing the motor in my car TWICE, I will not be returning!!

I was in today for oil changes on our two vehicles. Service was quick, thorough and reasonably priced. Staff was friendly and pleasant.

I moved to Grand Falls-Windsor 17 years ago and ever since then I've been getting my tires changed and getting minor work done on my vehicles at city tire. The staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable, they never try to upsell or persuade you to get work you don't need, they keep their appointments and work quickly and efficiently. I've never had a problem with them.
