The contractors have the worst road rage I have ever witnessed, they definitely need to revaluate who they hire , too bad they can't use that energy to hurry up and fix something for once. They start projects, but don't expect them to finish.

On vacation to the city of Corner Brook and find it hard to believe it takes 6 to 8 weeks to replace traffic lights at the intersection of church hill and O’Connell, in the rest of Canada its done in 24 to 48 hours, its easy to see how finances are wasted by the city hall staff and JCL

Takes them a week to pour concrete for a sidewalk while having everything tore up for a week leaving falling hazards and nowhere to park. Also they expect you to walk up and down steep banks with small children less than 6 months old. When I responded unbelievable, an old man responded by mocking me and saying unbelievable right back.
