The process from start to finish was very smooth. All of our questions were answered, and we were able to get booked in quickly. After install, we were informed on best practices and upkeep. When we needed help with repair due to some wind damage, Jeff was promptly available. I highly recommend going thru Jeff for your mini-split needs!
