Today I had to make the decision to put my cat down. The staff made me feel so comfortable. The care they give you and your pet goes above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. They put us in a room with blankets, a sofa, and fireplace. It didn’t feel like being at the vet. I am so grateful for their compassion during such a difficult time.
Incredible experience during an emergency visit and the follow ups, as well as our annual visit to get our boy caught up on vaccines. They were so thorough and explained each of our options in detail. Made me feel confident in making an informed decision. Very kind and compassionate staff.
