I dropped in on them to ask advice on options regarding Trust accounts for someone with a disability. They took the time to chat for about 30 minutes and offered an option that didn’t include their firm. They could easily have told me to book an appointment and get paid but it impressed they were ethical enough to give guidance on next steps. The two women were very professional and engaging.
