During our home buying process my fiancé and I spoke with 2 realtors from 2 different realty offices. This one was the one we made our purchase with. Our Realtor was Joe Wells here and he was absolutely wonderful to deal with and helped us with the frustrations of a mortgage. Even when Joe was away for personal reasons he did everything in his power to help us with closing and moving. I really can’t say enough to explain how wonderful it was to deal with him. We’d even had to go into the office once to see the lovely lady at reception and due to their preparedness we were all of 5 minutes there. If I could give more stars I would!
Nothing but good things to say about Eastern Edge, and Joe Wells specifically! Joe helped us navigate the real estate market as first time home buyers. He was always available to answer any of our endless questions, and worked with our limited schedule to view a number of homes in the area. He provided guidance and insight into a number of issues/items we wouldn’t have known about otherwise. At the end of the day, he got us into our dream house and has stayed in touch to make sure we were 100% settled in.
