“There was a misunderstanding on my part as far as scheduling an appointment online. Mine was never confirmed. I offered to reschedule but the staff was kind enough to let me have an appointment even though they weren’t expecting me. Dr. Smith is great, very patient, taking the time to explain everything and answering any questions. I found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating.“

Her office is family friendly and very welcoming to new patients and walk-ins. Both my daughter and I were new patients and while we were there another new patient walked in. We were all made to feel welcome and comfortable. This was my daughter’s first time seeing an optometrist and was feeling some anxiety.
