Awesome experience! Spain is very informative, helpful, and creates a class that is challenging while still being fun. I was doing moves I had never tried before and definitely struggled but left feeling so motivated and ready for more! I will absolutely be back!

He has a special way to work with you that delivers strength, cardio, and mobility with minimal effort and you’ll have fun doing it. Once you experience the “Spain Effect” you want more and more! I’ve never been so healthy and fit. I owe it all to Spain.

Have been doing Yoga for 6 years and wanted a change, something to push myself, but not hurt myself. Found FireFitness and it is exactly what I was looking for. Love that we do different workouts every time, working all areas! Spain is the best!
