I've been going here for a few months now. I have never had a bad experience. The staff has always been pleasant. They do a good job keeping my clothes clean and they are reasonably priced.

I recently used Boulder Run Cleaners for dry cleaning and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. When I politely addressed my concerns about areas that were not cleaned properly , the cleaners were incredibly rude and dismissive. They even raised their voices, which was completely unprofessional. I have many choices and will take my cleaners somewhere else where my business is appreciated.

I visited the store first time ever. The man behind the counter was glaring at me like I just arrived from outer space. No ‘good morning.’ I asked the price of cleaning pants and he snapped back ‘What!’ I repeated my question and he said seven. I left to shop around and he muttered something as I Ieft. Amazing lack of customer service given the competition
