Bill will be my go-to HVAC guy from now on. He helped me out in a pinch, scheduled me for next day service even though I had never used K-Brothers before. Very responsive, on time and completed the job quickly and reasonably priced. Can't ask for anything more.

Great guys to work with. Very professional, responded quickly and were able to get a specialty part ordered in a short time. Diagnosed and fixed our heater in a relatively short time. Will definitely be calling again for any HVAC related issues/maintenance.

On several occasions over the years, I've phoned K Brothers for emergency heater or central air conditioner repairs. Their service is excellent and quick, they are lovely people to deal with. Weekends, late nights, you can reach them as readily as you can during business hours. Most recently I phoned just before 11 p.m. on a Saturday night; it was 30° out and our heater quit. Left a message on their voicemail and had a call back within about 20 minutes. Dave was here within another 20 minutes; before midnight, our heater was back up and running.
