About two weeks ago I had my basement waterproofed. The waterproofing job itself seemed to be a very good job. The head of the crew and workers very polite and I agreed informative . Anthony the crew leader was excellent in explaining everything to me. But, I went to wash clothes today for the first time since the installation. the drain hose must not be corrected properly and all the drain water is on the floor. I find that funny since i called to waterproof my basement and now I have water and can not continue to wash unless i want a mess. also they removed doors from there hinges and did not reattach them .Patrick from the company came and reattached one only, to... read full review
I needed some maintenance work performed and called another company that waterproofed our basement, Thay came and stated they could not replace the system that i currently have and stated I needed a new system, because parts were no longer available for the current system i have. I have 2 pits with the The TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System. The company was bought out by another company, they stated they had to install their own systems,
I called quality 1st to see if they could do maintenance on the system, they have that same system that I was installed with the other company,

I would highly recommend using this company. I hired them to handle my basement waterproofing project and my crawlspace encapsulation project on my addition.
