“I know Airecool from seeing them around my condo complex pretty much every day. Literally hundreds of units in my community call them for HVAC and (in my case) PTAC unit servicing and troubleshooting. I hired them for regular maintenance on 4 PTAC units in 2024 and they were organized, on time, thorough, polite and considerate of my home, managing to keep a potentially dusty job very clean. Their office even reminded me after a year that it was time for the cleaning again, though my units were still in good enough condition that I didn't need the full service and I cleaned the filters myself. Next time I do need professionals though, they're really the only company I'll trust to do it. And if their regular PTAC work isn't enough, the owner Joe actually fixed an issue I had with the silicone seal in my washing machine which was very much not even his job! I just bumped into him in the elevator and he decided to help me out. It saved me from having to bring in a company I didn't know or trust to maybe or maybe not fix the issue. If you're in the Passaic/ Essex County area, there's really not a better choice than Aircool. Frankly, I wish I could call them for all kinds of maintenance in my home.“
