I would not recommend this Salon. The owners are not appreciative of their good customers, in my opinion. Rather than accept feedback, and change course to make the customer happy, they dig in and gaslight instead. Not the place to go if you’re looking for that extra mile.

Excellent.. did gel nails from there. So far did gel nails from many places it chips off in 4 days .. but this is the first place where my gell nails are perfect .. best in the area .. highly recommended ?

Wonderful experience. Called for next available appointment and was there 20 minutes later. Angie did my nails BEAUTIFULLY, and took her time but was still efficient. Would totally recommend!

They changed the ownership recently,and I tried gel manicure with a new girl named Everli. And I love it!! They were all so nice and making me feel welcomed. Also they have a lot of new colors and design samples there. I will definitely try my pedicure next time.

I was a fairly new customer and have been happy with the few experiences. I referred my mother to here, who had been once. Two days before my wedding, I accommodated Sylvia by 30 MINUTES as SHE was running late. This was a huge inconvenience to me as I had a MILLION things to do before my big day. The next day (the DAY BEFORE my wedding, my mother had an appointment to get a manicure. She is 72 years old. She got to the appointment 10 minutes late and she was turned away for being late. I don't know how someone can do this to the mother of a bride who is a senior citizen. Luckily, Liz Nails in Park Ridge was able to take my mom for a walk in appointment. We will not be returning ever again or referring anyone to this business. This double standard of making customers accommodate the salon but punishing customers for being only 10 minutes late is unacceptable.
