The customer service at the Woodcliff Lake location is so high level. Heidi immediately greeted me and spent a considerable amount of time assisting with a number of products. She listened to my concerns and suggested solutions. In addition, she gave me samples of things that I may try in the future. Great place!!!!

If you go to the Tice’s location, look for KT… she’s a sweetie! Super helpful, knows all the products, doesn’t over sell, shows a variety of price points and will find what you’re looking for! Thanks, KT!

Kudos to the lovely Katie that works at this location!! She is so professional and knowledgeable. She goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and confident while guiding you all things beauty related. I come to this location specifically for her advice and excellent customer service. She is a true Gem.
