Highly recommend! We used Tops again for our second daughter’s 6 hours of on the road instruction. Mark Rossi was great ?? He explained everything to her and me along each step of the way. She was comfortable and well - prepared for her driver’s test. We will be using Tops again in another year or so for our son ???
