Overall happy with the care given. The intake lady who did my paperwork was great. The lady who took my vitals was weird and unprofessional. She held my baby while I was on the scale. Decided to pinch her when she gave her back. Then proceeded to do it a second time when I asked why she did it as she told me she didn't pinch her and told her it was very inappropriate and unnecessary. My daughter was already upset that some stranger with a mask was holding her. She also wasn't the patient. I was.The dr who saw me was professional and respectful.This was in woodbury

I have to say by far the absolute Best urgent care experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend Patient First! From start to finish everyone was so professional and so nice! Setting the example of how healthcare should be. Great job!
