Check in process was pretty quick, receptionist Emily was very nice and helpful to me. I came in with severe muscle spasms in my neck and arm, Emily got me a wheelchair chair so I did have to walk( trying to see if that would help me with the pain. I was in tears) . She gave me waters and continued to check on me and keep me updated in when I was getting seen. Of course I went in on the worse possible day due to their only being 1 provider in the building. I sat in the waiting room for about 2 hours or more in pain . Once I was seen it took them not even 5 minutes to figure out the problem, give me a shot of pain meds in my arm and prescribed meds.

My visit was quick and I was treated great that is perfect but the billing office is horrible they won't bill my correct insurance I pay for my own insurance and I've tried to call the billing office I got theu once and was told she couldn't help me and I have to call another number even tho it was the same office and Noone would ever answer I even had the Dr office ..office manager send over my insurance and they still billed the wrong place.so but the office itself and Dr i is great professional and very nice

This place has saved me many many many many trips to the ER for myself and my family. Everyone here is so sweet and knowledgeable!! The front desk ladies are always there for any questions before we're taken back, and the nurses both male and female are the BEST! They help with questions as well and also help keeping myself and my children calm and happy. Every doctor that we've seen here too has been amazing! This is my go to no matter what the issue is, obviously besides well doctor visits we visit our pediatrician!
