First time visiting Float and using an infrared sauna. Staff took time to show me around the facility and explain the benefits of each therapy offered. Once I entered the sauna room I was able to completely disconnect and relax. I'll definitely be back for the sauna and to experience the other therapies offered.
This was amazing! As was my host! She explained everything and was super helpful and made me feel safe and confident in knowing what to do! I've wanted to do this sensory deprivation tank for 2 years & this was the perfect place to have this experience!! Felt a bit nauseous after a few hours but I'm it passed not to long after. I feel amazing and can't wait to go back!
