Amazing with kids for ear piercing! I got my 8 year old daughter's ears pierced at the mall and we had multiple problems. Her earring became embedded in her ear.
AJ was able to get the old earring out and a new one in. He spent almost 2 hours with her as she was very scared and it was painful. He was so patient and really helped her through the process.
Because of AJ's skill and patience, we avoided an ER visit and saved the piercing. Her ears looked so much healthier right away. My only regret is not going to them to get the piercing done originally. Highly recommend!
Stopped in as a walk-in to have a rejecting back dermal removed. I was really nervous since it was painful and getting worse, but the shop was super clean and the staff were all really friendly, which helped right away.
Mantis took care of the removal and did an excellent job. He was professional, quick, and made the whole thing way easier than I expected. The dermal was out before I even realized it.
Great experience overall — I’d definitely recommend this place!
Mantis was fantastic with my teen daughter. He was careful to ask her permission for each step that involved physical contact, he made sure she was comfortable at each step of the piercing process. And her belly button piercing came out perfect!
