I’ve recently been all about self-care, and meeting Ciara this past weekend was exactly what I needed. From the moment I stepped in, I felt like I was in the right place. She is such a sweetheart and made me feel so comfortable that I completely forgot she was even providing a service. It was like chatting with an old friend.
Ciara truly took the time to listen to my needs and wants, offering thoughtful suggestions and advice along the way. This is exactly what people mean when they talk about excellent customer service. She didn’t rush, and I loved how she paid such close attention to detail. As a perfectionist myself, I really appreciated that!
