Very bad customer service make you feel they do not want your business, I went there wait for 1/2 hours for someone to help and then asked me if I have appointments, no appointment required unless you need an eye exam . Why she did not tell me so when I waited for her for 1/2 hours
Never again.Extremely rude worker. Could not pick her head up from her personal phone call she was on and could not be bothered with my questions because I did not have a written script.
This store, personnel has lost it's appeal to me. I've been a customer for 7 years identified myself as such called to receive short 1 word answers as if I was annoying the worker. Obviously without knowledge she needed to be on Social Media not doing her job or whatever. AVOID waste of precious energy.
