This salon used to be one of the best and more afforable natural hair care salons to go to in the area, but I'm not sure what happened to this place over the past year or so. Is this place even still open? I've booked appointments on two separate occasions and when I get there, no one is there. Don't bother calling to confirm the appointment you've booked, since no one ever answers the phone anymore.
If you're actually seen for your appointment, expect to spend upwards of 4 hours at your appointment. I mainly always get two-strand twists, which should only take around 2 hours, just to give people a better understanding. It's clear they overbook their appointments and can't handle their volume of clients. I have officially given up on this place..

I booked an appointment for 7:00am. The day before they decide to reschedule me for 11:30am! 4 hour difference! No heads up or nothing! Can't get in contact with anyone! Couldn't cancel the appointment since it's 48 hours before so I'm not gonna show up. Terrible!

If you come here and deal with “Kim” please don’t waste your time she is ignorant and rude and will waste your time without saying a damn thing…I had an appointment at 1pm and she had me sit there for 2 hours without saying a word and then acted like it was no big deal when I left. Also the work she did was 6/10 plz don’t waste ur time trust me.

Worst experience ever! Place was dirty when I arrived, stylist stayed on the phone complaining while I sat waiting after having been asked to arrive early only for her to be 30 mins. late and nake me wait while she'son the phone! She then commenced to half wash my hair once her 4 friends arrived fir service. She threw a towel over my head after washing, and directed me to sit in her dirty chair. I sat in another chair until she cleaned it. She the commenced to service her friends, leave me sitting while my hair dried out. When I noticed she showed absolutely no interest in servicing me, I complained as I was ready to leave. My complaint triggered her as her partner offered to work on her other client so she could service me. She commenced to dry re-twist my hair with no care on consideration of how it would look. I knew this and felt it and was ready to go! I paid this inconsiderate and selfish girl and will never, ever go there again! By the time I reached home my retwists began to unravel. It's been three days and it now looks like I never had my hair done. Unprofessional and a disgusting lack of respect for her client and her client's time! No Worries You Will Not See Me Again! Do Better Sis! ?

My main shop was closed so I called ahead and made an appointment. Showed up on time to make a good impression in case I wanted to become a loyal customer. Braider went to lunch when I got there and returned 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Disappeared during the wash to go buy and eat a donut. Disappeared for about 5-10 minutes after the hair dryer cut off. I had already been sitting under it for like 30/40 minutes. Played loud cursing Netflix shows from a phone while braiding my hair. They charged me $110 BEFORE TIP to wash, deep condition (an up-charge I didn’t necessarily ask for) and braid my hair down in preparation of a wig. Maybe my fault for not asking ahead of time but that is entirely too expensive. I typically pay $60 after the tip. Honestly I give them two stars because they did a pretty decent job on the actual braiding portion, but I don’t appreciate sneaking bites of donut whilst washing my hair when you were already late from lunch and turning a 1.5 hour process into a 3 hour process.
Stylist: I get that it might be a family run business, but the lack of professionalism cannot be ignored. Not for the amount of money that we’re paying in this economy.
