True to their name, they helped every step of the process after our water damage. Reasonably priced and flexible enough to allow changes in scope of project. There's a personal touch from the staff that really helps during stressful times. The end result was amazing and we are very pleased with the results. 10/10 - would trust with your house
Seems as though I’m not the first to have this type of experience with this company based on the plethora of other reviews I read but my experience has been nothing but disastrous. Have been waiting on an estimate from Jamie for over 4 weeks and receive no information (good, bad or otherwise) each time I call to see about when I should expect the estimate. I’ve never experienced anything like this quite frankly and find my self scratching my head wondering how they are even still in business. Poor business practices, poor communication, poor choice for me to call them in the first place. 0/10 top to bottom would not recommend.
I would like to say that I had two wonderful gentlemen NICK and Mike who I thought were very good at what they did. I must say those two work so good together for young fellows. We were so impressed with them. We definitely would recommend them to anyone. Thank you guys for all your doing. Joan Shute.
