I was very happy with Smith's Chimney Service and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of chimney service and/or repair!
The whole team was professional, friendly and knowledgeable, and explained everything they would be doing and why in great detail and Stephanie in the office was great about keeping me informed when anyone was coming out to do something. I feel safe knowing that they took care of all the cleaning and repairs needed to start using my fireplace and look forward to being able to relax in front of a fire this winter!
The service team was on time, respectful of the property inside and outside the house while cleaning the fireplace/ chimney. They were knowledgeable in answering all my questions as well as providing insight relative to upkeep we can do to keep creosote buildup at a minimum when we use the fireplace. The number of services they provide continues to increase. I use them currently to clean our dryer vent, to clean all of our air vents and I was just told about their new loyalty program that we will sign up for on Monday. Their work is impeccable completed by courteous professionals and their prices are reasonable. I highly recommend Smith’s Chimney Service!
