I recommend using lou cerota for your next vehicle purchase. It was a great experience from beginning to end
This is directed to the service department and not the product. I have a 2022 Chevy 2500 which was brought new. The transmission had to be replaced. Stacia at the Chevy dealer is awesome. Toni, Bri and Betsy at the GMC location are out of this world. Bri is great with managing frustrated customers. The group as a whole were great at keeping me updated. They are great.The product and the system that Chevy put in place for major repairs (repairs that shouldn’t be needed yet) is horrible I don’t thinkThe system could not be any worst. Chevy and Ally (the warranty company) are so bad it makes me sick.Again the service department was great
Pellegrino was a top-notch experience from the moment we walked in the door to test drive until the moment we left with our new Buick ENVISION! Lou Cerota was awesome... friendly and professional.
