Was totally locked out of my laptop and brought it to J & A Enterprises. They managed a perfect diagnosis and repair. Their facility is pristine and their work professional. So glad to finally find a place I can rely on.

I had an issue with my desktop computer running very slow and not being able to log in to even access my files. I thought maybe the hard drive had gone so I took it to J & A. Turns out it wasn't my hard drive which I was happy about as I didn't want to lose any of my files. They cleaned everything up, got it running nice and smooth and had it back within 48 hours. Their prices are very reasonable, everyone was very pleasant and honest. They could have easily said it was my hard drive and would have had to replace it for additional costs. I really appreciate the job they did and highly recommend them, They have earned my future business for sure.
