I highly recommend Friedrich. I had my furnace maintenanced by them. Just had a split system installed and everyone and everything from start to finish was amazing. Clean, respectful and explained everything to me. They know what they're doing. It's nice to have a trustworthy HVAC company.
I’m truly impressed with their service. I called on Tuesday at 8am they were there at 11. Diagnosed the problem to be a blower fan. Ordered the parts and was up on Thursday. The only reason it took an extra day was because of a part out of stock. They didn’t try to sell me anything extra.
Called Horizon first, because we had seen the trucks in our area. They quoted me almost THREE TIMES what Friedrich charged. The entire process was easy, ordering the part, they promptly called me when received, and scheduled me for the next day and at an EXACT time, not a window.
