Saying goodbye to a loved one is absolutely the hardest thing that any of us will ever have to endure. Planning their arrangements after they die is almost an impossible task. I can’t imagine how hard it is for a funeral director and his team to navigate such difficult communication channels. I recently enlisted the help of Bob Hennessy, his family, and team to say goodbye to my brother. I am in awe at the care, empathy, and professionalism that they have displayed at every turn. They made this process very easy and allowed me and my family to focus on what was important and that was saying goodbye properly to our brother. Everything was handled, every little detail, and they stayed in touch with us every step of the way. They made special arrangements and we didn’t have to ask for them, and what is most impressive is they approach their job as if they’re looking at things through your eyes, which allows them to act correctly every time. I appreciate them greatly.

Much thanks & gratitude to Pat, Bob, Mrs. Hennessy & staff for their great service. My brother-in-law passed away suddenly, and we were taken care of with such great care and compassion. They made everything a priority from the first phone call. We can't thank you all enough for your help through this very difficult time. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

Called due to a driver on his phone plate starting C85*** for several miles swerving all over the road and was told "well someone has passed away it was an emergency" so I guess they can't pull over or make a call instead. Habits like that are dangerous so nice to see they care about the safety of others on the road

Everyone at Bell-Hennessy went above and beyond to make what was an extremely difficult day go very smoothly. We are very grateful for the beautiful memories box we just received as well! Many thanks for handling my Dad’s memorial service and all that you did for us and my Dad!

Finally after some time I am able to put my thought together to send out a big thank you to Hennessy funeral home thank you Patrick, Bobby & Dianne.
We laid my dad to rest in August & they were thoughtful, caring & professional. They were very helpful from The moment we went to the funeral home. We were grieving & they Help us thru the whole process & making it easier to make all the decisions we needed to make.
The funeral was beautiful from start to finish.
We had many loving family & friends come to say goodby to my dad. It took hours & they were patient & didn’t rush us at all. They made sure every person got to say goodbye. They even allowed us to have a singer to sing my dads favorite song.
They went above & beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.
I am one of 7 siblings & my mother and they checked on us personally to make sure we were ok through out the night to make sure we had everything we needed.
Then they followed up with a beautiful service at our lady of the peace & a burial at st. Mary’s cemetery.
We know my dad would have been very happy with everything & we were at peace knowing we made all the right decisions with their help.
None of us want to lose a love one but to be able to work with such great people was a blessing.
If anyone finds themselves In This situation call Hennessy you will be very satisfied.
