I dropped off two pillow case covers that were in pretty bad shape. When dropping them off the gentleman told me the stains might not come out. I told him to try his best and if it didn't come out I'd be okay with that. Came to pick up a week later not only did the staining come out but he told me he cleaned it several times to get it out.
