Dr. Andrew Cogan is a great doctor, he listens and is patient. However, you cannot get ahold of anyone to make an appointment. I've been put on hold to the point where I hang up because I'm just sitting on the line. Or the phone just rings and rings. What's the point of going to the primary doctor when you can't get even talk to someone to make an appointment? I've been having to go the urgent care, but that's not even a great option... absolutely frustrating. I was really hoping this place would've worked out...

I waited weeks for a response to a problem scheduling with a Dr that Sharkey recommended. DAYS AFTER I went in to see why they never replied FOR WEEKS, I RECIEVED A NONE COMPLIANCE LETTER THAT DISCHARGED ME FROM THE PRACTICE FOR NOT SEEING HIS RECOMMENDED DR. I COULD NOT GET INTO SEE!!!!! THANK GOD FOR RECORDINGS!!!! CHING CHING....

I have being seeing Dr Cogan since the early 2000s. He is an amazing Dr. Very thorough and is on top of his patients health. Couldn't ask for a better Dr. Wish he still came to Vineland office because it's closer to me. The Williamstown office needs a remodel. But besides that I'm very happy with my Dr.

I see Dr. Sharkey and have been for years & he is amazing. The office staff on the other hand are absolutely horrible. Very rude, very thats not my job and take forever to do anything and everything. My insurance has been calling since Thursday for a pre authorization. I called in Friday and was transferred to a machine twice. The third call at 10am i was rudly told they were doing the pre authorization now. At 4pm Friday i was informed by the insurance company that they never even called for the pre authorization and now i have to wait until Monday because the office is closed over the weekend.

I’ve been going here since I was in high school . I started in the Vineland office and then moved so I relocated to the williamstown office . The doctors here are amazing and have always been so helpful !
The admin staff as of recent are rude and have zero empathy or consideration for those in need that they serve . Being vulnerable is already uncomfortable as it is , asking for help shouldn’t feel like a burden.The administrator , has poor customer service and shouldn’t be in a helping field.

Dr. Sharkey is such a great doctor that I’ve been willing to put up with the office staff for many years. But I literally cannot get anyone to answer my phone calls and to make an appointment. It’s been going on for so long, but I’ve finally thrown in the towel. I would recommend Dr. Sharkey to everyone I know, but I wouldn’t recommend his staff to ANYONE that I know.

I see Dr. Sharkey when I go for a visit. He always takes time to talk to me about my problems and give me excellent care. The Staff are very polite and friendly. I would Highly recommend them.

This office was put on my new insurance because I didn't have one to chose. I did look at the ratings before I made an appointment & they have excellent reviews. So I decided to try Dr. Scott Kuptsow named on my card. I haven't had or been to a primary doctor for over 9yrs at least. Everyone in the office were pleasant & Dr Kuptsow listened to all my concerns & took care of writing out all the paperwork needed to get things checked out. Very happy with the doctor.
