Service was good, BUT way to expensive!! Over $700.00 to repair a outside hose spicket!!! It didn't even take one hour to fix. The bill said over $600.00 for labor!!!

Fantastic service!! Found water leaking on Sunday evening. Didnt know who to call, but needed a response quick. Eddie showed up within two hours. Completely calmed us down and walked us through the process. Coordinated a plumber and remediation team that came out shortly after he assessed everything. Repair was made that night and remediation is all in place. Thanks for making a stressful event, manageable.

Eddie came out on a late notice at 9 o’clock at night. We had water dripping from our light fixture and down the wall in our kitchen. Eddie was cool, calm and collected. He answered ALL of our questions, and we had a lot. He was knowledgeable with not just the water, but the process of insurance and how that works. He was definitely the person we needed for the situation, and we are beyond happy/satisfied with his support. He has a crew coming tomorrow morning to get started on this, and left me his card with all contact info in case of anything else. Thank you again, Eddie. I know this might just be the work you do, but this is our home with children, and you responded in a perfect way! Keep helping people!

$700 to clean out a drain line and still didn't fix it. Broke my s trap and then quoted me $950 to fix. Never again
