Waiting time over 30 minutes. Front desk lady very busy said she would call me to set up a follow-up appointment. No call yet from her, so I have been calling and leaving messages. Haven't heard from them yet, still waiting. They need more help,

The office, nurses & women at front desk are awesome!! Everyone here is extremely warm & caring. UNTIL the NP closes the door behind her & its just you two in the exam room ....but being a retired CCRN of 27 years myself... I am going to give this Wildwood NP the courtesy of voicing my thoughts & critiques to her face. Im only posting this thought publicly because I feel anyone who finds themselves in a similiar situation ANYWHERE or at this particular office....DO NOT JUST SIT THERE AS I HAVE. DO NOT let your NP or ANY health professional act DEMEANING toward you., dismiss ur concerns or worse? Laugh at you! If they do this....TRUST ME .....It is not you...(well...being a former nurse..it IS SOME OF YOU! HAHAHA!----thats nursing humour) Bottom line? If u feel as though you're being demeaned or treated 'less than', its time to change caregivers ASAP. Thanks for listening & hope this gives you the validation to know ITS NOT YOU!!
