Joan was amazing. I booked a 45-minute tech relief massage, and I didn't realize how much tension I had in my body until she released it all. (I have many years of built-up bad posture from sitting at a computer for work.) Using techniques like cupping, hot stones, firm pressure and focusing on specific areas like my arms, neck and shoulders, she really was able to help relax my muscles. I immediately felt better after my treatment, and you can tell Joan really cares about the quality of her work and her clients.
