Recently, our cat had an emergency. My wife, Nina, called the practice that morning and explained what was going on. They were able to see our cat that same day, and we were honestly so grateful. When something is wrong with your pet, you are already worried enough, and it makes such a difference knowing that you can call and someone is there to help.
The next day, we even received a follow-up call to check on how our cat was doing. We really appreciate that kind of extra care. Even when everything is okay, it means a lot to know that they remember your pet and take the time to check in.
