Best visit I had at a Veterinary office in a long time. Waiting time was minimal. Met with Dr Pope and her assistant. Both essentially got down on the floor with my dog which resulted in her being at ease. As a result, the examination went very smoothly. Dr Pope answered every question and spent the time as needed. I didn’t feel rushed and neither did my dog.
My pup (of 11 yrs) had an allergy on his foot. They sent us home with medications and instructions and 3 days later he's good to go, healthy and happy. We don't go anywhere else.
My 11 year old cat needed some dental surgery. Dr. Pope and Dr. Schepp were amazing during and after. I cannot thank them enough along with every single member of the staff I dealt with, from techs to the front desk. Everyone was so kind and caring for my sweet girl. Thanks to everyone at South Branch!
