One of the cleanest and friendliest gym around!
Unlike many of the Retro Fitness franchises the owners of this gym are almost always there. Frank not only manages the gym on-site but also works out at this gym. He has first hand experiences when gym equipment needs service and jumps right on it. The place is clean and there is no gym smell. The gym has a diverse clientele from professionals to housewives to ink folks and real gym rats. Everyone respects each others privacy and nobody makes a lot of noise or throws weights around. Staff when not busy cleans the premises.

I have been a member at Retro Fitness for a number of years and I can tell you it is a pleasure to workout in that facility. The facility is spotless and the staff are always very courteous and helpful. I almost feel like Norm did when he entered the Cheers bar in Boston and Sam, Woody, Cliff and Coach all say hello! Add to that the scanner you use when you enter never forgets to tell you “Happy Birthday” on your birthday! It is the most enjoyable gym I have ever had a membership for.
