We have been using PBS for the past 10 years, and I can't say enough positive things about them. I work for a law firm in Florham Park that does high-volume copying, scanning and mailing. Anytime I have a problem with the machines, which is not often, I make one phone call and the technician is there quickly and efficiently to fix the problem.
