I am a couple weeks into my online training with Jake and it’s mind blowing the results I am already seeing. Jake has been a huge help with ensuring that I eat the correct amount of macros daily and am pushing myself at the gym. Also, his workouts have me sweating and moving weights I’ve never moved before, and this is coming from someone who’s always gone to the gym. I’ve definitely never worked out like this before! Awesome one to one training sessions. Jake is super experienced and provides great training advice, workouts & meal plans. Super motivating and encouraging. If you put in the work the results really do show quickly. Would definately reccommend to anyone.
New to the area and got introduced to Ironcut Fitness by a friend. Miguel or "Miggy" as they call him has been absolutely fantastic. My gym motivation is at an all time high, and the results have been astounding. I am constantly busy with work and eating right was always an issue of mine during those late nights and early mornings at the office. He helped me develop a meal plan so that I could properly meal prep throughout the week. I highly recommend Miggy.
