I went into the hospital through the emergency room because this is the hospital my doctor (surgeon) works out of. I’ve been through the emergency room once with my son but never me. The people at the front were great they were very quick with processing me and getting me into the back. We all know most hospitals that takes awhile. I was in the back within 10 minutes. They admitted me and had me in my own room within an hour. Now I was on the surgical floor I ended up having to stay for 8 days. I pretty much met every nurse up there. They were all amazing. I recently underwent a colonoscopy at Pascack Valley, and it was a professional, courteous and highly competent process -- from the personnel at the front desk and registration office to my gastroenterologist and anesthesiologist. I particularly want to note the helpfulness and genuine kindness of Nurse Cindy and the other members of the nursing staff who cared for me. Also, the online preregistration was perhaps the most seamless I've yet to encounter from any medical provider and the telephone instructions I received the day before the procedure very clear.

I had a left knee replacement at Pascack Valley on Nov. 7th by Dr. Lall. Pre. op testing was done at Pascack Valley, labs, Chest x ray, CT scan of left knee and office intake of personal information. I arrived at the MedicalCenter at 6AM on the 7th and everything went so smoothly, no wait times,IV was placed after explanation of procedure. Drs. were kind and informative, I knew everything that was going on. After surgery was completed I was transferred to recovery, very sleepy, and the nurses were so caring and did everything to make me comfortable. It was great!
