This is definitely the place to get HVAC related items. Not only do they sell you products (unlike other stores who won’t sell to individuals). The cherry on top is that they want you to be safe and offer advice when doing your own project. My go to place for all HVAC going forward.
Always pleased with the customer service provided to me. John and Connie are always on top of things. No matter what, they make sure I get my product. I've seen them both go above and beyond on many occasions to provide me, and my team with whatever we need.We appreciate the professionalism of John, and his ability to meet even the most difficult of standards we sometimes place on him. I went in today and was very pleased with the outcome. Jeff and the other gentleman there went above and beyond with helping me with my heater issue. Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend anyone coming here.
