Went to my first group lesson today and felt comfortable and very welcomed! You can tell Andy is passionate about what he does and wants the best for his students-- taking the time to break down each movement and really making sure you understand exactly why it's done and how it works and helps your body! I can't wait to learn more and grow with this amazing art form! I'll be sure to update later as I go along!

Andy is patient and kind. Very passionate about his work and about helping people. He meets everyone wherever they are in their physical abilities or headspace, and can always find a way to make Tai chi and qigong accessible. He is knowledgeable far beyond cookie-cutter, scripted instruction, always able to explain not only how to move but why. You would be hard-pressed to find such an authentic teacher elsewhere.
