Went to my first group lesson today and felt comfortable and very welcomed! You can tell Andy is passionate about what he does and wants the best for his students-- taking the time to break down each movement and really making sure you understand exactly why it's done and how it works and helps your body! I can't wait to learn more and grow with this amazing art form! I'll be sure to update later as I go along!
