I have been a patient of Dr. Fathima Sahulhameed since 2015, and I cannot speak highly enough of the consistent, high-quality care I have received over the past decade. My doctor, Dr Nicole Henry Dindial was exceptional. I happily went to her for many years. But I had a huge issue with this office, which made it impossible for me to return. After receiving notice that a bill went to collections, which I thought was so strange because I never got any bill in the mail and would have paid it right away if I had. When I confronted the office about it, that’s when the informed me that they sent this bill and who knows what other private health information to the address of an abusive family member who historically is notorious for opening up mail addressed to me. They turned away my 16-year-old daughter because we were 25 mins late for an appointment. I have been going for more than a decade to this practice and waited an average of half an hour to see the doctor, often more. They showed no compassion or flexibility when we were behind schedule. The doctors are great but this practice has lost sight of how to treat patients.
