Their services are wonderful, but for the prices they should have better customer service. They rarely answer the phone and sometimes the receptionists are bothered by requests or not knowledgable. For the prices and the area, I expect more.

Hair by Grace and nails by Angel. I love that I found The West Glam. Grace and Angel are amazingly talented and excellent at their craft. It’s a beautiful spot staffed by great people!

I had an AMAZING experience at The West Glam. The salon is beautifully decorated. I was greeted by the receptionist, who was welcoming and professional. My nail technician Angel was very talented, detail oriented and pleasure. I would highly recommend The West Glam.
