We really cannot say enough about John and how he conducted the inspection. The thoroughness and level of detail John went to was unprecedented, both the sellers and our agent were genuinely impressed at the time and attention to detail John went to so he could ensure everything was up to snuff. What we also appreciated about what John did was he took the time at each area of the house to not just go through what he covered, but also, how an item worked, what regular maintenance would be and how to do it, as well as what could be done to prolong the life of items. Really great experience with the home inspectionVery thoughtful report with details on every aspect of the house and recommendations on how to fix potential issues and avoid future problems.John was very nice giving us advice and tips on how to take care of the house. The report was very ilustrative with pictures and notes with relevant details.I recommend Keys Home Inspection without a doubt because they really do a great job inspecting your house

Great service and very professional organization. Starting with scheduling my home inspection to completion, John took care of everything and I had absolutely no problems throughout the process. The inspection report was very detailed, thorough and provided all the information and more for me to get a complete picture of my house.
