Elm Appliance has been my go to store for years. My parents started purchasing appliances from them back when they were “Elm Radio”. Bob, the owner makes everything easy, from sales and installation, to troubleshooting and assisting with warranty issues.Steven and James were at my home last week troubleshooting my dishwasher that I purchased from them 3 years ago, and they just delivered our new refrigerator! They moved my old refrigerator to the “play room” when my plan to move it to the basement failed. We just bought a high end oven from Bob and I can't say enough about how easy he made the purchase. Delivery was fantastic and their install guys were careful, neat and super nice. I highly recommend Elm Appliance.

From my initial call to the end result my experience was great!!! Bob was absolutely helpful and very kind. I was looking for a chest cooler, with this pandemic they seemed to have been sold out everywhere. To make a long story short within 3 days I had my chest freezer all set up and ready to go thanks to Elm Appliances. BOB thank you again!!!!
