I have been a client of Elegant Image for about 10 years. This is a friendly, inviting salon. The level of service is excellent and the prices are very fair. Crystal truly listens to me when we discuss my hair at each appointment, and I am always pleased with the results!
First of all, scheduling and coming in for a consultation was easy and fast. Claudia understood that I’ve been wanting to grow out my previous hair color while going bold with a fun color (which wouldn’t require high maintenance). She came up with a strategy that I agreed to and quoted me for how much time we would need and a price to prepare for. Fast forward to today, the day of service- I came in for partial highlights and a multi-shade vivid color application and I couldn’t be happier with the end result. My hair came out looking just like the reference picture that I brought in the week before. The whole experience was pleasant and fun.
This review has been long overdue. I keep forgetting. I have done my hair here a few times and I love it. The establishment is beautiful and clean. The vibes are always on point. My hair comes out amazing everytime. I'm going to book my appointment before my birthday soon.
