We get excellent service daily. I have never had to reach out with any concerns and that is incredibly important in our line of business. Arriving in the morning to a surgical center that has any type of cleanliness issue is a major problem which can lend itself to cancelling cases and we have never had to worry about this happening. It's a relief to know when walking into both of my centers each day that they have been cleaned to a very high standard.Kevin Hopkins, our account manager is also great. He stops in to check on us to assure we are receiving top level service.

My company just started using DBS as a cleaning service. We have been very happy with the service they provide. Kevin Hopkins is our Account Manager and frequency checks in and asks how his team is doing. I have requested handy man services, and the projects were done within a few days. I would definitely recommend DBS!
